How It Works

This tool automatically syncs payroll data between Nursewell and QuickBooks Online:

  • Fetches journal entries from QuickBooks containing payroll transactions
  • Retrieves all payslips from the Nursewell database
  • Compares gross pay, tax (PAYE), and National Insurance deductions
  • Reports any variances between the two systems
  • Ensures your accounting records always match payroll calculations

Note: Make sure payroll journal entries in QuickBooks include descriptions containing "gross", "wages", "salary", "tax", "PAYE", or "NI" for accurate matching.
