How It Works

Google Drive Backups:

Exports all invoices and contracts (PDF files) to a structured folder hierarchy in your Google Drive. Files are organized by year, month, and timestamped backup folders for easy identification.

Folder Structure:

Nursewell Backups → YYYY → YYYY-MM → Backup_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM

Google Sheets Export:

Creates or updates a Google Sheet with all shifts for the selected week. Perfect for sharing schedules with clients or keeping external records.

Access:

All exported files are saved to your connected Google Drive account and can be accessed anytime through the Backup History section above.
